For engraving machine operators, unprocessed materials or changes in material composition (such as different impurities) can be considered a new material. For a new material, a trial cut is required before it can be programmed and machined.
The methods and steps of the woodworking engraving machine are as follows:
(1) Analysis of the relative machinability of materials similar to the test material.
(2) Set the cutting amount and processing parameters according to the relative cutting performance of the analysis. At this time, the parameters should be set conservatively.
(3) Machining on the CNC engraving machine to observe the machining state. The cutting state at this time may be very light, and there may be abnormal conditions such as large vibration and dull sound.
(4) Adjust the processing parameters and cutting amount to achieve a reasonable cutting state and cutting efficiency, and then determine the processing process of the roughing process.
(5) Set the amount of knife to be eaten, process a simple plane, check whether the surface is suitable for early reading, and then determine the amount of finishing knife.
