For example, if you buy a mold-level engraving machine to sculpt a two-color board, or buy a large engraving machine to engrave the seal, it will cause a huge waste, and will not get good results. Similarly, if you buy an advertising-grade engraving machine to make a mold, you may not be able to do it at all. Therefore, before you purchase the machine, you must fully explain to the sales staff the work to be done, including the size of the workpiece, the material of the material, the thickness of the material, the weight, the final engraving effect and requirements.
2. Choose the right model
The small-scale advertising sign shop is the first purchase, mainly for the production of three-dimensional characters, crystal characters, two-color plates, badges, etc., should be purchased advertising-level. However, it should be further refined on the machine configuration. For example, if the main two-color board is used, the floating cutter head must be configured, because it can guarantee the same depth of engraving when engraving on the large-format two-color board; but it is mainly used to saw the plexiglass crystal word. The main shaft of 800W or more should be selected. Otherwise, the long-term dry weight of the spindle with low power and high precision will accelerate bearing wear and loss accuracy. Generally speaking, the engraving machine has a width of less than 600mm, which is not suitable for engraving the fine work of two-color plates, but is more suitable for sawing and making some large plaques; the universal engraving machine with a width of about 600mm can be used as The two-color board and the like can be used as a rough work such as sawing.
For the machining of cylinders or other special-shaped workpieces, due to the need to install some fixtures or rotating coordinate axes, this requires the Z-axis column to be high, and the space between the table and the cutter head is large, so a special machine can be selected. If the seal shop specializes in engraving seals, it can be equipped with a seal engraving machine: engraving leather stamps, laser engraving machines for atomic printing are best, and seals for engraving bronze medals, jade chapters, horns and other materials are used with 6070. , then all kinds of materials are eaten.
3. Pre-purchase trial carving
Before purchasing the engraving machine, in order to ensure your investment recovery, you should let the sales staff or you do it yourself, and try to sculpt the most common work you do. At the same time, calculate the ergonomics, observe the effect, fully test the performance of the machine, and truly know what is going on.
4. Sign the contract
After deciding to purchase, the first thing to do is to sign a contract with the seller. The contract should indicate the purchase model, configuration, price, delivery time and delivery method, training method, warranty terms and payment method.
After the contract is signed, a certain deposit (except in stock) should normally be paid according to the contract.
After the delivery and training engraving machine arrives, the technicians will go to the door to check the machine. After power-on, the appearance should be carefully checked for damage and damage caused by impact during transportation. If it is intact, check the machine configuration with a random accessory according to the contract. Machine installation by technicians (including hardware installation, removal of fixtures, placement of machines, various cables for connection to power supplies, software installation, configuration of computers, installation of optional engraving software).
After the installation is completed, the machine is engraved and tested with the test image file provided by the manufacturer. If the engraving test is completed correctly, the delivery acceptance is completed.
