1. Check whether the way to sculpt the software is correct or not;
2. Check the gap of the screw and the tightening screw of the polished rod.
3. Check if the software parameters are set correctly or not.
4. Check if the ground wire is connected.
5. Does the computer have a virus or may be incompatible with others? It is usually a problem to simply assemble the chassis without a brand machine.

7. Is there any contact failure in the line of the engraving machine to the machine control box connecting the towline?
8. Driver's question: The layout inside the drive itself may have a misplaced appearance when the original electronic equipment is in doubt. This reason is the most; if the number of presentations is small, and the speed is reduced a little, sometimes it can be carved normally, which clarifies that the drive has not yet It is completely broken; if it is cut at the beginning, it will clarify that the drive is completely broken. Solution: Repair the drive or replace the drive.
9. Voltage question: The engraving machine needs a large amount of power during operation. If the voltage is too low, the power supply to the driver is lacking. If the power is not reached, the misalignment phenomenon will be formed. This situation is usually caused by the Y-axis misalignment. The appearance may be that the external voltage is not good, and some people may use high-power equipment such as electric welding on the same line. Solution: Install a 5000 watt regulated power supply, but the error size of this regulated power supply should not exceed 5%, preferably within 3%.
10. Interface board, main board, adapter board question: If the interface board, main board, and adapter board are broken, the engraving machine may not move in one direction during the operation, and the engraving is misplaced.
The question of the spindle motor: If the stepper motor is a question of the servo motor, the whole machine does not move in a certain direction, and the screw is not turned by the hand.
11. The machine tool's own doubt: a certain part of the machine tool may be loose, and the appearance of impurities may also appear misaligned; if the coupling is loose, it will be misplaced; the guide rail and the screw are not long-term. Cleaning and refueling will also present a misalignment; if the machine line is broken, it will also show a misalignment.
