    Whether the path related to the control system is smoothed or not, and the priority mode is correct. It directly affects the starting speed of the machine. The higher the starting speed, the more likely it is to generate vibration, which can easily lead to broken tools.
    The related factors of the auxiliary equipment are whether the chip removal is smooth, whether the secondary cutting is avoided, and the main problem is the upper knife.
    Whether there is dust on the cutter and the chuck, and the strength of the upper cutter is too large. The chuck and nut are not intact. It is important that the tool extension is not large.
    In fact, this is a method of analyzing problems. When problems arise in processing, we must analyze them from these aspects, and we must combine the actual situation at the time.
